• Assistance with planning and analysis of conceptual design issues • Review and conduct analysis of potential changes to budget or schedule • Observe and report on logistical process and logistical related issues (floor reports, arisen anomalies, etc.) • Maintain and follow-up on project open item lists • Co-ordinate labour force for the warehouse project related work (goods receipt, processing, packaging and shipments) • Prepare shipments documents (CMR, delivery notes, pallets proof, etc.)

• Monitoring and optimizing the claims process • Provide support in optimizing supply chain processes • Come up with Improvements for primary processes (system and operational) • Coordinate the IT implementation of new Fossil or Licensed brands for the Benelux market • SAP R/3 key user Benelux - helpdesk for questions regarding SAP for the local users • Restructure customer MDM process • Coordinate task agreements with internal and external stakeholders

• Generate Source lists • Place and monitor purchase orders • Short-term planning, in consultation with all parties involved in a project (e.g. project managers, planning, production, marketing and sales dept.) • Be the contact point for all the stakeholders (suppliers, project managers, etc.) • Solving issues concerning purchase orders and its payments • Support Purchasing Supply Chain Control dept. • Provide the dept. Accounts payable green light to realize the payments.

• Planning, scheduling and ordering of manufacturing materials (spare parts/fluids) to support production requirements and scheduling. • Coordinating timing of incoming components to meet production requirements. • Monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy. • Maintaining Oracle system to ensure timely processing and accuracy of all purchases. • Contact with vendors concerning component part, castings or outsourcing deliveries. • Past due orders follow up.

• Produce contracts and place mutations in the system. • Co- define and carry out marketing campaigns (as approach existing customers telephonically with the aim to make them get more products or to extend their current contract). • Carry out administrative changes in their SAP system both simply and complex. • Pursue debtors concerning the open amounts with the aim to limit their deficit • Set up customer accounts, process orders, claims and renewals • Resolving problems and maintaining customer
