These requests include storage-expansion, server-installation, creation of Databases and many more. - Since 10/2014 Competence center for all requests in EMEA in the field of capacity management. - Two-monthly stay in the USA (New Jersey) to closely and more efficiently work together with the US Colleagues in the global team and to receive further insight on the differences in work procedures.
