• Responsible for the cash-management, accounting and administration of the company, as well as for the Internal Audit, Legal and IT departments totalling some 25 staff. • Plan, design and execute the financial and investment strategies, recently signing the restructuring of the company’s bank debt with 10 Spanish and foreign banks, representing a debt of € 110 m, which was completed within a reduction in sales of some 30%.

• Assistance and advice to the President of Grupo Katry in acquisition processes. Specifically, I have led the negotiations for the acquisition of GR4, a company engaged in construction and services to the gas industry with a € 50 m turnover and 470 employees. • Ensuring GR4’s timely and successful integration into Katry as well as its implementation of the group’s systems and procedures.

• Reorganization of the operations, setting up new policies and procedures for administration, cost control and reporting to the Group, under USGaap and SOX and supervising a team of 25 persons. • Design and implement the Business Plan that resulted in the exit of the group from Spain through the sale of both companies due to the economics of the business deemed unviable.

• Reorganization and improvement of procedures within the European Region. Recruitment and training of the Financial Managers of each country. • Management of viability and establishment of new subsidiaries in Bulgaria and Greece and later strategy for exiting Bulgaria, Greece and Italy, including managing the social conflict and the sale of assets. • Simultaneously, management of the Shared Services Centre for the EMEA regions, supervising a team of 9 persons and reporting under USGaap and SOX.

• Reorganization of the finance department, designing and implementing a cost accounting and setting up new policies and procedures for administration, cost control and reporting to the Group, under USGaap and SOX and supervising a team of 9 persons.

• Restructuring and supervision of the finance department in Brazil, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Turkey, Russia, Philippines and Indonesia, identifying inefficiencies and weaknesses and implementing new procedures.

• Responsible for the audit of, among other, German companies such as AEG, Schering, Porsche, Commerzbank, IFA, Neckermann, etc, both in Spain and in Germany.
