It's rare that I'm away from the computer where I'm usually answering buyers' emails 24/7/365 or when I'm not researching new properties to offer to our subscribers. When I do take a break
it's to get some exercise on my treadmill or spend time with my beautiful wife
and adorable but still quite a handful
identical twin girls. It seems that I'm forever working on another 5th grade science project. The good news is that I'm doing much better in 5th grade this time than I did back in 1975
when I learned this stuff the first time. Often times
I am proud to say that
