Working on projects at several departments: -Individualisation of packages - digital printing with an inkjet-printhead at the corrugating line and several die cutters -Development of a production process for the cleaning of anilox rolls with subsequent recommendation and training for the employees -Comparison of the trim optimization systems between the German Klingele plants and Klingele Embalajes (Tenerife) -Productivity increase of a die cutter for achieving the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

7 weeks in the assembly hall of the E-Class Daimler production site in Sindelfingen, South-Germany increased the awareness of the sense of responsibility, discipline, time management, accuracy and just-in-time-work.

As a helping hand at the Myra-Canyon-Ranch close to Kelwona, BC, Canada a lot of daily work had to be done: preparing and serving breakfast to the B&B guests, cleaning the rooms after a check-out and preparing them for the new check-ins, care for the horses and get them ready for the horseback riding with new customers, give the customers a brief training in the matter of riding, supervise them during the ride and of course trying to anticipate every customers wish.

Training and improvement of the ability to estimate every new customer and trying to fulfil all their wishes to get the new outfit they're looking for.
