• Managing team of support engineers providing maintenance service to Swab Registration System (SRS) and Healthy365 mobile application supporting Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB) operations leveraging JIRA platform and Agile Kanban board in liaison with HPB Business User Groups. • Leading release management process and effectively collaborating with Singapore Health Promotion Board CIO Office for weekly and monthly application releases, ensuring business requirements are met.

• SAP Finance and HR Senior Operations Manager and Global Delivery Lead for Finance initiatives supporting Philippines legal and regulatory compliance, spearheading agile transformation initiatives handling 2MM USD projects with 120 FTEs across geographies in Asia, Europe, and North America. • Maintained 56MM USD annual tax incentives through transformation and automation of Philippines compliance leveraging SAP S/4 HANA finance modules.

• Global Release Manager for Accenture Cross Portfolio releases handling 90 FTEs. Spearheaded Accenture S/4 HANA Release in APAC from scoping, test, cutover planning, downstream impacts and stabilization. This is a major ERP transformation initiative of the organization in the last 10 years. • Drives global release management meetings, CAB meetings, release scoping meetings with business stakeholders and Production Go/No Go Readiness for more than 600 upstream and downstream internal applications.

• Provided hands-on leadership and direction to global Enterprise Batch Integration and Reporting Services production support team across Asia and Americas region with 50 FTEs. Central point of contact and escalation for more than 350 applications ensuring data loads and communications meet. • Formulated release strategies and cutover planning principles to be rolled out to different portfolios, as well as test strategies for applications requiring full remediation and integration across platforms.

• Managed Production Support team in Americas region handling both Chicago and Buenos Aires team with 17 FTEs. Globally spearheaded batch interfaces architecture upgrade from SQL 2000 to SQL 2008 involving 7000 Autosys jobs in collaboration with integration architecture and development teams. • Globally driven the Production Incident Reduction effort for the operations support team in collaboration with infrastructure services, vendor applications, database administrators, and environment delivery.

• Manila Production Support team lead handling 6 FTEs. Globally rolled out interface integration and development processes from governance, data modelling, and integration architecture teams. • Established production support team in Bangalore, India in collaboration with local and global management. Conducted knowledge transition and enabled 4 FTEs in Bangalore, documented transition materials and detailed training plan which produced low cost environment during Asia shift.

• Manila Development Support lead with 5 FTEs, working with Madrid lead and Chicago lead in ensuring deployment components are fully tested in Non-Production environments before handing off to production. Globally rolled out Peer Review Reporting Package being used in interface development.
