I fulfill various duties including day to day press relations for clients in the tech space. I regularly write copy for features, news alerts, blogs, social media sites, website collateral and marcomms presentations. I also undertake various admin roles such as effective press reporting, coverage tracking and internal comms.

I held a work experience post where I gained a great insight into the workings of a busy press office. I was successful in getting my own by line on several stories including a center page spread.

I held the position of press officer, as a part time role whilst at University, for the flagship Dorset store, Castlepoint. I underwent a well produced training scheme which added to my experience of copy writing and media relations. Following the successful completion of the course, I was in control of all press enquiries and media relation campaigns relating to the flagship store. I helped launch the Anya Heinmarch "I am not a plastic bag" campaign and planned, developed and implemented an event.

I undertook press sell ins, reporting, and minor copy-writing. I helped in brainstorms and gained experience in journalist relations.
