I am in the process of changing my legal status here in Thailand to "Sole Proprietor" as an American citizen under the US Treat of Amity. This will allow me to expand my scope of work to include services I am more passionate about. Instead of hunting for job candidates outside my client's organizations, I will now be able to focus on the assessment and development of language and leadership skills within existing staff.
