I am a senior consultant at Capgemini Invent, where I specialize in digital IT strategy and digital IT operating models. I help clients across various industries to design and implement IT strategies and operating models that align with their business goals and meet the challenges and opportunities of digitization. I have over two years of experience in IT portfolio and process management, IT steering and governance, and IT business relationship management at RheinEnergie AG, a leading energy provider in Germany. I was responsible for advising senior executives on IT strategy issues, setting up and continuing the IT strategy and roadmap, and managing the IT portfolio and resources. I also led and supported several IT strategy and transformation projects as a consultant and as a workstream leader.
