  I worked as a Power BI consultant developing reporting solutions for Finland's biggest hospital district as part of a dedicated data platform development team. My tasks included gathering reporting needs from the client's users, taking part in data modelling and concept modelling as well as facilitating training related workshops. In addition, I also developed Power Apps based budgeting tool for another client and acted as mentor for some of the junior developers starting their consultancy career.

I was also the PMO lead for purchase projects on site and a member of global AGCO PMO team that monitored and reported development of in-house savings projects in each production site.

  As a reporting specialist my responsibilities included design and development of a reporting platform for the whole city organization. I lead a project for defining and implementing a data warehouse platform that could host data from multiple source systems and act as the main data source for Power BI reports. An integral part of these responsibilities was direct communication with both in-house stakeholders as well as third-party consultancy partners.

  I was a Super User of the SAP HR module handling all aspects related to the HR system from master data management to first level user support and training. I took part in many system development and implementation projects defining user requirements and UI interfaces for forms. I had also a lead role in one system implementation project facilitating definition workshops and carrying out end user training for the customer.

  I worked in a supporting role for AGCO Corporation’s SAP ERP implementation project at Valtra Suolahti factory. My main tasks included supporting PMO’s, and other project leads at their tasks. I was also responsible for system authorization management and assisted in end user training sessions.
