In this job position, I led pre-sales teams in EMEA in selling AML, trade surveillance, and Enterprise Risk Case Manager solutions (cloud and enterprise version). I also helped to integrate MAR requirements into the trade surveillance solution. While in this role, I furthermore provided support product teams in looping back feedback from clients on products and requirements. I additionally managed watch, restricted, and insider lists. I oversaw deals and outsourcing while in this role as well.

I designed custom trade surveillance models and trade a Center of Excellence team on the Trade Surveillance regulations. I also developed and delivered a custom suitability solution. I ended up managing worldwide teams on three major projects with six-figure budgets

In this position, I functioned as an SME on trade surveillance mainly for energy companies (Shell and BP) as well as the banking industry (most major banks in EMEA, including BNP, SocGen, BCPE, CaLyon, CGD, Danske Bank, Saxo, HSBC, Mizuho, MUSI and more). While in this role, I implemented the configuration and tuning of the Actimize trade surveillance solution from both a technical and a business aspect. I also supported the design of a new global data model for the Actimize platform.
