- Leader of an international and multidisciplinary team (BMW projects Passive Safety). - Technical responsible and interface between BMW, IDIADA Germany and IDIADA HQ Spain. - Capture new-business opportunities. - Identification and prevention of potential malfunctions. - Responsible for ensuring high standards of the technical passive safety activities.

- Leading role in AUDI passive safety development projects in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. - Develop detailed test plans of new vehicles and variants (crash, sled, misuse and static tests) and result analysis. - Develop the optimization of the passive safety systems (software and hardware). - Technical interface between AUDI, IDIADA Germany and IDIADA HQ Spain passive safety teams.

- Leader of an engineering and mechanicals team to conduct of full vehicle crash tests. - Supply solutions to customers regarding applicable worldwide regulations and procedures. - Establish standard operating procedures for the safe and effective operation of said crash testing setups. - Provide results analysis, results presentation and solution proposals to the OEM customers. - Work with customer engineering teams to develop and validate countermeasures to match desired test configurations.

Coordination, execution and evaluation of the results of crash and sled tests in accordance with: - Customers’ requirements for vehicles’ passive safety development. - European and NAR rating, closely tracking regional design changes (ECE homologation, Euro NCAP, IIHS, USNCAP, FMVSS).
