Deliverables: I assisted in the research for and drafting of the Provincial Budgeting Policy. I developed various plans, including a provincial budgeting and financing capacity-building strategy, training programme and curriculum. I drafted a Provincial Budgeting Manual and contributed to the Operations & Maintenance policy document.

Facilitation of public finance management training for National, Provincial and Local Government, South Africa. Consulting in planning, budgeting, budget implementation, monitoring & evaluation (M&E) and legislative oversight. Business development and bid proposals for public sector projects.

Capacity-building on Public Finance Management (PFM). Deliverables: 1. Liaison and stakeholder analysis of public and private sector entities. 2. Comprehensive Public Finance Management Bill (PFM Bill) training manual. 3. Development of a pocket guide for civil servants. 4. People’s guide to the PFM Bill. 5.
