Management of Compliance projects across the Bank’s divisions and regions (including project documentation e.g. project plans, meeting minutes, agendas); Facilitating senior manager decisions, evaluating project information and escalating risks, reporting, managing confidential information, holding presentations, preparing analyses and deliverables; Implementing changes to Compliance IT tools; Process Improvement projects.

Consultant at the biggest Hungarian Management Consultancy, having projects in various industries: e.g. banking, utilities, public administration. I started management consultancy at AAM, then joined EY - when our division was closed, I was invited back to AAM, hence the two employment periods.

After joining our family enterprise for car spare parts, I participated in developing it from retail shop to wholesale chain; I gained insight into management tasks (HR issues, resource planning); sales (client/vendor management, supply and stocks, trade fairs); project and process/quality management (process improvements, ISO certificate); and experience with automotive and industrial spare parts markets.
