Julica presently works with Samia Rabia within the Corporate Department of Wildgen. Julica specializes in corporate law, advising and assisting domestic and foreign clients on the incorporation, implementation of corporate structures and their financing, organization of corporate governance, reorganization and liquidations of corporations. Julica has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since February 2006
