Über mich
My motivation is the creational processs of finding and evaluating solutions for technical requirements or issue solving. I like the workflow from idea over implementing to harvesting the effect - that is, what drives me and forms identification with my work. By working in smaller and bigger sized companys I have experience in both - free running self organisation/priorisation and also in wider contexts like embedding my daylie work in (Scrum)-Teams, adjacent teams or partner-teams abroad. According I have experience in international work travelling for project related office work and on-site installations. I have an autonomous / transparent working style. I highly prefer prepared exchanges/meetings over unguided swarm-intelligence for beeing able to contribute as specific as possible. When discussing conclusions I like beeing able to reflect the path which lead to it for verification. I have a sensitivity when to consult colleagues or superiors about important items.
