As a Business Intelligence Intern and a master thesis student, I have worked on process optimization using data driven approach. I have produced dashboards and reports. Tools learned and used - Tableau, Qliksense, Minitab, Power BI

As an analyst, I worked on Salesforce projects throughout my tenure. I have gained a broad exposure to Salesforce, Siebel, Account Portal, SAP system. Also, played a key role in project delivery plan, testing plan and activities before its delivery to the client. Using the key technologies of this platform that includes Metadata-driven development model, API Access, Apex, Visualforce, Mobile Access. Also, automated an everyday reporting task for a Salesforce project client using SOQL and SOSL.

I worked for Accenture IDC and got into Salesforce capability for my bachelor's thesis. Learned about The Custom Cloud (Force.com), built apps using the configuration that provides its pre-built components and apex features for customization purpose.

SPAS Software is a software company based in the United States. Received a chance to work with this organization being at a different location in India. I worked on Google Apps Script to interact with the data present in Google Sheets followed by creating JavaScript objects for them. Used built-in Google Services that includes External APIs for interacting with user data and external systems.

Siemens is a Germany based multinational engineering and electronics conglomerate organization. I was in Industry division- Drive Technologies and Customer Services where I worked on JAVA based live project ' Alarm Annunciation' where we needed to automate the process to fetch data from a thin client over the network and to create a tool to provide the user a list of thin clients present from the network. It required Java-Database interaction to automate the process of export and import of data.

The coursework included Finance, Economics, Accounting, Managerial Statistics, Business Ethics, Risk Management, Leadership skills, and Entrepreneurship.

I completed my bachelor's thesis on a Salesforce project with Accenture (India).
