Of personal importance for me is a trusting working environment with a balance of reevaluating existing working structures and processes, as well as new challenging opportunities in an international setting. I am striving to constantly improve and learn; I may not be perfect but I am willing to strive for success until I master the skillset/task ahead. I can therefore be described as strategically driven based on educated decision-making taking the human and societal background into account in correlation to analysis and fact based evidence. The international background has furthermore helped me develop strong communication skills accross various societal and cultural backgound. Personally, I am not necessarily focused on a leadership role but a strategic orientation in a fast-paced and international environment. Personal growth is therefore a constant aim of mine.
