Coordinated the Language Institute and the High School Program in a school with over four thousand students; participated in the meetings of the board of directors; planned and implemented the English and Spanish Course; incorporated the DELE and FCE preparatory courses into the curriculum; designed the Institute webpage with an on-line management system; hired, trained and oversaw over 50 teachers; prepared long and short-term planning and calendar of school events and assessments.

Planned and delivered lessons according to the educational needs and achievement of the individual students; provided and contributed to oral and written assessments; devised and wrote tests for the institution; introduced “Skype Talk”, which increased students’ confidence and ability to engage in conversation with each other; enriched students’ learning environment by incorporating movie lessons into original curriculums; presented workshops during in-service training, national and international seminars.
