Über mich

Started out in punk and theatre in the 80s, picked up organizational development and strategy along the way. Have focused on ‘digital transformation’ since before we started calling it that. Very good at putting change into business impact contexts, developing org and functional strategy, program design, building connective tissue inside and outside of orgs, driving inbound analyst insight and a bunch of other stuff. Passionate about navigating the delta between how companies define culture vs. how their employees actually experience it. Certified (and likely certifiable) analyst relations guy. Speak several languages, have worked in bunch of different countries. Volunteer and am an advocate for mental health awareness and for coherent neurodiversity strategies in the workplace. Love jazz and hardcore punk, consuming content across the spectrum voraciously, going places I haven’t been yet, running longish distances not-very-quickly, espresso and cheese. 2006 Time Person of the Year.
