Assisted the shop manager with renovation arrangements and at meetings with donors and stakeholders (such as General Electrics) for the opening of the first charity shop of Bagázs in Budapest. Served as shop assistant after the opening.

Successfully led on average 5 activities for children per day, solving any upcoming problems within a high speed working environment . Prioritised customer satisfaction by engaging with the parents, handling their concerns or requests and by collecting feedback from them.

Contributed to the launch of a new development project by conducting both online and offline research on the intersections of climate change adaptation and women labour rights with the focus of East Africa and Bangladesh, and summarised my findings in a report.

Conducted a field research in Jinja, Uganda on slum upgrading projects with Slum Dwellers International. Participated in workshops with Slum Dwellers International and Women Asylum-Seekers Together in Manchester.
