A Consultant with 4 years experience in Process Mining and is responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple Process Mining projects and POCs using Celonis, Signavio and Mavim for both standard and legacy source system-based processes, which provided the client meaningful insights and pointed out the inefficiencies in the process. Has been part of Data Connection, Data Extraction, Data Transformation, Data Analysis, Action Flow and Action Engine development and value creation exercise of all the Process Mining projects he has delivered till date. Kaustav is working as a CoE Consultant and has delivered more than 20 projects for US, Europe, Japan, Middle East and India clients of multiple industries in last 4 years.
