Provide strategic advice to the top management on policy decisions. Design, review, and implement policies that promote a healthy work environment. Collaborate with respective departments to implement HR strategies, processes, policies and workforce plans. Lead a team of HR professionals, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions for the entire institute, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, and organization development.

Design job descriptions of teachers and administrative employees. • Monitor and undertake performance evaluation of the staff and give constructive feedback. • Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, coaching, compensation and organizational development • Coordinate in annual budgeting and plans. • Maintain a variety of automated and manual personnel records, files, and reports. · Oversee and control logistics, inventory, procurement and security of the institute.
