Part of inno2fleet -- the fleet solutions venture of inno2grid. inno2fleet helps companies transition towards cost-effective fleet electrification and achieve sustainable mobility goals. I support the Product Manager in managing the product development of fleet electrification solutions by conceptualising the product roadmap, planning sprints, specifying user stories, and conducting scrum meetings with the software engineers.

Led the product road mapping and development of field digitalisation, optimisation, and automation solutions; the goal was to identify pain points in the user journey and create product roadmaps to improve and innovate product features.

With the customer's success in mind, I served as an expert in the deployment and use of Novade's digital solutions in the APAC market and help clients from the building and construction industry to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Responsible for understanding each customer's needs and liaised regularly with the sales and development team to deliver a practical digital platform apropos to quality and safety, such as defects management, permits to work, inspections, non-conformance reports, etc.

Managed multiple lift installation projects from kick-off up to client hand-over and simultaneously maintained the accuracy of the SAP-based management tool and planned milestone forecasts based on the latest site conditions. In charge of leading the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of engineering solutions within budget. Also supported the technical sales team on the people flow solutions based on the client's needs and given site conditions.

Involved in the project development of a chemical plant designed to produce methanol and dimethyl ether. Key responsibilities included reviewing vendor engineering documents and drawings (such as data sheets, P&IDs, General Arrangements, etc.), participating in the development of scope with bidding vendors for each assigned rotating machinery, and coordinating with the supplier's key engineers to ensure that the contractor-supplier interfaces are well controlled.
