Product Owner for MiFID II & PRIIPs projects with focus on -Managing the end-to-end implementation process for Asset Management -EMT & EPT production -Costs and Charges (Arrival Price, New PRIIPs, Ongoing Costs) -UK/EU Other Cost and Charges disclosure reporting (Transaction cost disclosure) -Market Data for Transaction Cost Calculation under Full PRIIPs methodology -EMT to WM Daten Mapping for German Fund Distribution -Participation in industry specific Working Groups like European Working Group

- Provide proactive enterprise-wide risk management support to the bank with emphasis on scheduling and facilitating risk management to the Board Risk Committee. - Promoting a risk management culture throughout bank and provide the management risk awareness. - Oversees all aspects of the bank’s risk management function (Credit Risk & Credit Admin, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Information Security & BCP). - Basel 2 & 3 implementation, and providing regular reports to Executive Committees and BOD.

- Manage the process for developing effective risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities. - Oversees all aspects of the bank’s risk management function (Credit Risk & Credit Admin, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Information Security & BCP). - Basel 2 & 3 implementation, and providing regular reports to senior management and the Executive Committees, and BOD.

- Performing professional audit work which include operational, financial and compliance audit. - Reviewing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the banks internal control system and in order to limit risks the bank is exposed to, and providing input in development of Annual Audit Plan. - Team leader and member for many Audit programs.
