Sourcing, evaluating and selecting qualified suppliers, Identifying saving opportunities, Supervising procurement and stock levels, Commercial evaluation of vendors’ proposal, Coordinate the production process, Planning the production to fulfil the incoming mix of orders from wholesale to online and retail sales, Placing orders to suppliers, Keep track of the production status, Liaise with international wholesale customers (currently Hong Kong and China, UK, Germany; shortly US and Japan).

Reviewing and negotiating lease contracts for land and off-shore drilling rigs with clients, Preparing EPC & EPD contacts for field development with EPC/D contractors. Preparing MOAs and JOAs with local and international partners to conclude contracts with NIOC under IPC model, Developing and drafting rig equipment and integrated drilling services contracts (IDS).

Legal: Implement for Company strict compliance with the applicable laws . Updating Company’s policies. Manage all legal disputes .Provide legal advices . Contracts: Draft, negotiate and conclude contracts for oil and gas activities . Manage the supply chain contracts . Review, negotiate and finalize all client contracts. Draft, negotiate and finalize corporate legal documents for MOUs, MOAs, Strategic Alliance Agreements and Lease Agreements. A member of the Tender Committee.

Provide streamlined processes on Contracts Management (Pre-Award and Pos-Award). Analysis of Bid request against and giving support to Segment drafting the Commercial T&C’s. Preparing legal and contractual qualifications, exceptions and exposures list. Coordination of internal reviews: Operations, Tax, QHSE, Finance and Legal in order to build the tender document. Support Operations on negotiation of disputes resulting from contracts.

Drafting, interpreting, reviewing and negotiating Suppliers Contracts for Two Geo-markets (3 countries). Ensure that Supply Chain Contracts for products and/or services signed are in compliance with the Schlumberger Supply Chain Contracts Standard. Assists Area (Middle East) Supply Chain and Contracts Management on special projects when desired. Conducts periodic Contracts audits to measure the level of contractual compliance in the assigned Geo-markets (Yemen, Pakistan & Iran) .

Manage all supply chain activities . Common sourcing including identification, evaluation and selection of qualified suppliers. Contracts management, dealing with International suppliers and ensure trade compliance. Manage a team of 10 direct reports for a portfolio spends up to $800K per month. Tendering and developing suppliers contracts . Supervising Procurement, Store and Logistics units as sub-functions of Supply Chain. Managing auctions, bids, support the tender process and auditing documentation.

Activities and Societies: Conducting a Two-weeks Field Study program in Europe and visiting International Organizations such as United Nations and OPEC in Vienna, EU Patent Office & Siemens in Munich and American Chamber of Commerce in Budapest

Thesis research in the field of management styles (task-oriented/ relation-oriented) and personnel maintenance.
