Klaus Harm

In my current position I am in charge of several business projects with a strong IT component for the International Business Line (IBL) Agro Testing. I manage 6 FTEs (Business Analysts) in France, Belgium and Slovakia as well as a scrum team in Romania.

I provide the vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that align with the mission of the Well Services Group globally. Additionally, I am responsible for all aspects of the global information technology and systems for all legal entities and JV's in Europe, Russia, Singapore, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.

I led our growing Middle East team and established partnerships with local companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE (Abu Dhabi).

Scarabee Aviation Group is an international product and service provider in aviation passenger- and baggage handling as well as the security sector. In this capacity I started as the PMO for both Program Managers. I assisted on all of their projects and I have been the link between them and the finance department for cost control. After a couple of weeks, I received my own project with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol which I fulfilled to the fullest satisfactions of all involved parties.

Scarabee Security Group offers customized security services ranging from threat assessment and risk management to deployment of smart security measures and crisis support. In this capacity I have been responsible for all projects both internal (security of our own premises) and external (customer related). I have been in charge of the global relationship management and the translation of the companies' vision and mission for the market situation.
