Within this role I observe/guide the technical delivery of a project into reality for the Customer. I aim to improve the guidance of the peers within delivery to avoid overlaps and remove time lags whenever possible for the project team.

During this assignment I helped selling the first Autodesk Consulting project representing more than 500 days to be delivered in one year.

Within our 3D-CAD offerings I specialized in the field of Sheet Metal Processes from Design to Production. A major aim was to support a less paper depending on process chain that should also enhance the quality of the produced output. We exceeded the expected result together with the Customer by removing the need of paper for the complete process including quality control.

This interesting job involved me to get into computer and programing. Together with the CTO we developed a computer aided process that helped with the production planning based on the order data received. The result we achieved streamlined the planning effort and helped saving a man year of effort.
