I am developing a system called ISSAC (Integrated Sales & Stock Accounting). The system works under Linux and uses PostgreSQL. I am working for a leading software provider developing a range of specialist solutions for the wholesale food service distribution and supply sector. My range of responsibilities includes over phone customer service, bug fixing, developing new features within the application, and testing. I am using Kylix, which is an old version of Delphi for Linux, and PostgreSQL database.

As the only Delphi programmer within the team I was developing an application called Fakturierung which was used by 1000+ pharmacies across Germany. The application was written in Delphi 2007 and it used Bold database framework and List&Label third party components for creating reports. Apart of pure programming (adding new features and bug fixing) I was also responsible for testing. I created several test automations using TestComplete 7.

I'm working for an Australian company that manages websites for kids’ activities in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. I am responsible for 3 back-end systems of these countries making sure all data is presented correct in accordance to the company structure. I manage a small team of 3 people that gather new data and format it in the right way. I also work on developing and optimizing the system in a close interaction with a team of programmers based in Poland, and the stakeholders in Sydney.

I was working as an IT, Math and English Teacher teaching students of grades M1 through M6 (12-18 years old) in English Program and Non-English Program. My main focus was on computer classes where I taught basic and advanced programming in Object Pascal (Delphi), C++, PHP, MySQL, and computer graphics using Adobe Photoshop. I also created a few applications for generating ready-to-print test for students in Borland Delphi, and a website for learning languages in PHP and MySQL.

AC Nielsen Denmark 03/2008–03/2009 Preparing specifications for the client, inventing algorithms, developing, testing and delivering the source code in Delphi5&7, VisualC++6. CITI Group India 04/2007–02/2008 Responsible for funding related issues in a system of mortgaging houses in US. As a Team Leader I developed code changes and validated work of others. GE Money UK India&UK 02/2006–02/2007 Developing Avanti app for selling cars in UK. The app was implemented in Delphi7 and Oracle10.

I was working as a senior team member in one of the biggest Web Industry companies in India providing web solutions for international clients, mainly from US, Canada and the United Kingdom. My role was to create web services with shopping carts using PHP, MySQL, Smarty and Pear. I was working mostly independently or in a small team consisting of 3 developers, whose I was leading. All projects were coded in accordance to OO programming.

I was a co-owner of a small software company. I was creating Delphi applications and PHP web services for small and medium companies in Poland, like Polish Fishing Association, Academy of Science. My role was to analyze, implement and later to develop database systems. I was using Delphi 4 with Paradox databases, and PHP with MySQL.
