Design and implement creative curriculum in ASL, reading, language arts, math, art, and science for kindergarten, first, second, and third grade gifted campers. Engage campers in opportunities to work with key concepts consistent with New York State Standards to further enhance their education

Private and small group instruction utilizing technology and curriculum I developed specific to each individuals' needs.

Modified all classroom activities, school work, and tests to accommodate English Language Learners and special needs students. Worked with 6th and 7th grade team teachers on daily basis; promoted team work, positive atmosphere, parent-teacher relationships; and held team meetings.

Taught Reading under the supervision of an experienced classroom teacher in 7th grade urban middle school. Designed and implemented creative lessons to engage students in reading and language arts

Taught ESL in Bangkok, Thailand under the supervision of experienced classroom teachers in various age groups. Designed and implemented creative lessons to engage students in learning English. In addition, taught English at BCC’s English Camp in challenging and engaging ways by using content and games as a means of facilitating learning for ESL learners in a resident camp setting
