Maın Tasks: Driving and Co-ordinating local markets and Service partners to resolve SAP ECC 6.0 ERP/ SAP BI system issues. Working with the client and IT operation to identify and manage service improvement activities. Project work (with extensive travel): Involved in SAP rollout project for UK and IE from January 2011 and for Romania from February 2012 onwards. Also responsible for setting up local market business model with the enablement teams and involved in post go live support.

System and Processes department in Eindhoven, The Netherlands and Budapest, Hungary Tasks: - providing operational support and driving global SCM infrastructure programs and operational excellence projects for EU and US Projects: Participation in Philips SAP implementation and rollout in the United States ( Tempe, Arizona and Farmington Hill, Michigan ) and Asia ( Taipei and Hong Kong) - Furthermore involved in the transition of System and Processes department to Budapest in 2007
