Algorithm development for the acoustic/audio signal processing especially for NVH application. Statistical analysis and development of the algorithm for data mining (big data), data visualisation and data modelling. To provide support for up to a million simultaneous connections per square KM (for 5G), various schemes of non-orthogonal multiple access were proposed that allow increasing the number of simultaneously active users. Sparse code multiple access uses sparse multidimensional codewords which allow iterative detecting algorithms implementation with reasonable complexity. In this thesis work, the basic principles and properties of SCMA are investigated in terms of complexity and achievable information rates.

- Development of MATLAB based test tool for antennas’ radiation pattern analysis. -Development of GUI, automatic report generator tool and Batch file programming. - Antenna pattern measurement of offset antennas in Ku- and Ka-band at ‘Compact Antenna and RCS Test Range. - RADAR cross section measurement of drone in the frequency range 2-18GHz, including analysis and documentation. - Safe handling of network analyzer, RF Amplifiers, spectrum analyzer, power sensor or similar device.

- Code planning for 3G UMTS mobile networks using Atoll network planning tool. - Simulation and optimization of network. - Calculation of parameters, like path loss, bit error rate and call drop rate etc. - Documentation of results.
