1. Worked as an Individual contributor for RR21(Door Trim Rear and Front) 2. Creation of master sections, considering feasibilities for stitching grooves and milling considerations for wood and aluminum prts . 3. Plastic parts design, worked on leather wrapped parts, like BRUESTUNG INNEN(Top Roll), ARMAUFLAGE OBEN, ARMAUFLAGE UNTEN(Arm Rest) 4. Worked on Applique parts with wood and aluminum (HOLZDECOR) and Structural parts like Plastic Carrier.

Responsible for leading a team to complete all the day to day work orders from the customer (Plastic Omnium). Product Design for Hood Lid Assy and Bumper Front and Rear Perimeter parts like, Inner Panel, outer Panel, Chrome Bar, Radiator Cladding, Grid Support for MAN Trucks. Bumper Lower, Fog Lamp Cover, Recovery Panel, under tray, Side Bracket, Small Brackets, Door Claddings Value engineering by simplifying the tooling and reducing the no of parts from BOM.

Responsible for leading a team to complete all the day to day work orders from the customer (GRUPO ANTOLIN).Responsible to do the Co-ordination from Customer End for daily TASK/Work Orders to ITC. .Product Design for DOOR PANEL parts like, TOP Roll – RR and FR, MID Roll Rear.Arm Rest Basic Solid, Creation of master Sections. Creation of BASIC SOLIDS as per Master Sections.

Vehicle Tear down and bench marking, Project Management, CAD data management and modification. CAD Concepts and design reviews.

Worked on interior plastic trims , Like Instrument panel substrate, Center Facia, End Caps, Air Conditioning Ducts.

Generate B-Side surface with A-Surface as input for DOOR TRIMS.Create required patches for non offset / problem areas. Develop attachment features per master section requirements. Review with Master Sections for attachment schemes.Review with customer team to define attachment scheme & requirements. Generate proposals for attachments & review for manufacturing feasibility.
