I lead a talented offshore development team building bullet-proof SAAS and mobile solutions for the fintech and healthcare sectors with nodejs, fastify, React, React Native, PostgreSQL, AWS, Microsoft Azure and kubernetes.

I provide digital transformation consulting and implementation services to companies around the world.

Responsibilities include solutions architecture for and implementation of successful, cloud-based, multi-tenant services for banking institutions around the world. I'm also involved in mentoring and training less experienced colleagues. Current technology stack: JavaScript, nodejs, React, postgresql, aws, kubernetes.

I had a wide range of responsibilities, including primary customer contact, requirements analysis, presales, software consulting, software architecture, technical documentation and project management (managing a team of outsourced software engineers).

During this time I managed freelance software consulting engagements for various Austrian and US customers. In addition, I focused a significant amount of time on traveling, rock climbing and photography.

I had primary responsibility for the technical implementation of CMS-based B2C Internet portals, marketing websites and applications for large European and Austrian companies, as well as for government agencies. Additionally, I was responsible for customer contact and the training and management of other developers working for OgilvyInteractive Vienna.

I started working at this dot-com startup as a senior software engineer and was soon promoted to project manager. I worked with the CEO and CTO to define technical standards and managed my team to a successful, on-time release of the company's primary web-based application.

As a software consultant working for Dell's Enterprise Sales Unit, I met directly with VP-level executives to perform requirements analysis for internal enterprise software solutions. I was responsible for software architecture and implementation of various web-based and cleint-server document-management and creation tools.
