As a ‘sales manager for import products’, I am in charge with running a team of 4 people. I was in charge with managing the entire activity of the firm. Turnover was 27mil. Euro/2005. According to 31/1990 Romanian Law’ Organized Companies’, I signed the contract as an administrator. The contract was registered at The Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I had the entire responsibility (legal, economic, managerial responsibilities) towards the owners of the firm, employment and the state. The number of employees was 170 people. I was in charge with the negotiation of the annual contract with The Romanian Railway Society. I managed the entire activities, supervising the designing, production, delivery, suppliers, quality system, financial and economic results, at the department/plant level.

Sales and marketing manager (suppliers, transport, sales, marketing), for FMG (beer, alcohol beverage, and soft drinks). Responsibilities: They were: sales and marketing manager; logistics (suppliers, transport with the heavy trucks owned by the firm, distribution, warehouse, inventory), marketing of FMG. I was in charge with running 30 employees. We established a local distribution network.

5. Sales and economic manager (accounting, the balance sheet, the annual/monthly reports). The firm was designing machines for wooden and joinery equipments. We used to sell the projects and the machines designs to the production factories. The team was 25 people.

Scientifically researcher, introducing the new and modern approach (existing at that time in the CEE, now EU countries), concerning the labor safety risks, and internal work environment analysis for the firms. I work with a team, in order to elaborate the new occupational safety norms for industrial activities, such as: for welding workshop, workshop turnery, and others.

Studies of production management and organizing the new technological production lines and their efficiency.

2. Mechanical workshop manager. I was in charge with designing and production of prototypes and equipments for the tourism industry and entertainment. I run a team of almost 80 people.

Engineer - workshop turnery manager. I was in charge with spare parts production for beer industry equipments. The number of employees I run was 70 people, organized on shifts.
