Overview of all sample projects – coordinate and monitor deadlines; Follow up on timelines and prioritise order in case of peaks or delays; Implementing and developing new tasks in Sales Department; Responsible for 4 people sales team, monitoring man power, dividing work load;

Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Sales Department; Daily coordinating production plan and forecast orders; Working in Microsoft Dynamics NAV for Sales Department and Supply Chain; Following sample and production timelines, managing weekly meetings; Creating weekly Order Status Reports, communicating directly with customers; Developing and calculating customer cost sheets; Statistical and analysing overviews;

Preparing technical documentation; Inspecting and measuring ready samples, making the Customer Sample Report; Daily coordination of sample production activities – cutting, decoration, sewing, packing; Ensuring the production follow technical documentation and general company rules;

Specialisation in clothing production technologies, equipment, production layout and workflow design, work organisation methods, and tools for working time estimating.
