Project "Business Service Portal" for Gebrüder Heinemann, from shortly after initiation to Go-Live. The portal provides centralized access to various services for suppliers. Requirements Engineering, leading to a prototype of the design and functionalities of the (now finished) App, see: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.hamburg.messe.apps.hmc
Built a web UI that visualizes accident hotspots on an interactive map based on data from previous years. It also provides various graphs showing relevant statistics and potential correlations, such as those related to weather, day of the week and time of day.
Build a document analysis system, specialized on invoices: upload documents (PDF, images) through a web-UI. The system processes them using a combination of a neural network and heuristical methods. Relevant fields are displayed a side-by-side view: labeled fields and the corresponding extracted text, such as the invoice number and the total amount, and color-coded highlights on the document. Also built a document management system for creating, modifying, managing and printing documents.
