•Successfully led team of 5 Full Stack Developers and a UX-UI and created platform to set sales pricing across country stores, for operational teams to print flyers and increase sales. •Delivered multiple new software products, such as a price-scan mobile app for the pricing team to process and set competitor-based prices, a web dashboard to check for multi-platform pricing errors, an operational bakery production line digitization app to register and report information to managers, among many others.

•Managed a multicultural and multidisciplinary team working from India, Mexico and Chile plus support from Walmart-USA for a Cloud Migration project of a series of key internal platforms. •Established and maintained advantageous working relationships. •Enthusiastically performed tasks that were outside of my Project Management role. •Maintained a positive attitude despite migrations processes were hard and stakeholders were not positively onboard.
