Leading a team of driven and passionate leaders to plan logistics and create corporate partnerships for Canada's largest annual development conference.

As a summer student I was primarily responsible for testing quality and documenting construction practices for highway subgrade and GBC. I was also involved in safety studies of secondary highways, site investigations for future proposals, warranty inspections, hiring/orientation of temporary employees, and management of a base/pave project.

As Chapter Co-President I directly managed a team of eight leaders to raise over $30,000 and allocate approximately 3000 volunteer hours to plan and coordinate multiple events, workshops and resources throughout the year. I also contributed to the overall vision, strategy, and leadership development of the organization.

Worked in the Infrastructure Group on highway projects. Design experience in roadside guardrails and drainage paths for projects in Alberta and Manitoba. Experience in document control, research into alternative eco-friendly materials, preparation of Final Details and coordination of Tender Documents.
