Specialist Head-Hunter and Business Director that recruits within the Global Satellite Communications industry. ICP Search’s Global Satellite Communications division are a global market leader and has a proven record in recruiting, consulting and delivering within this specialised industry.

Responsible for the maintenance of the multiple Aspect ACD’s and other databases, applications and management tools that run off the ACD’s and are used by the Contact Centre. Build, monitor and manage performance reports for various departments, providing analysis of results and make recommendations for improvement contributing to improvements in performance targets.

Overall responsibility for managing 10 Sales Consultants in the UK; Also selected to work in India where I was responsible to help set up the Out-Sourcing Call Centre and involved in the recruitment and training process working alongside WNS (Mumbai).

UK Senior Sales Consultant. I was also selected to work in Nigeria where I was involved in assisting the Reservation and Ticketing Departments and training the local staff (Lagos).
