Under extreme budget/deadline constraints, led team providing 7 volumes of documentation on time and under budget.

    Assumed responsibilities for the completion of a major Y2K conversion, managing the remediation/certification of several million lines of code. Worked with the current team and achieved the first compliant application in 30 days. Hired and managed an additional team of four, leading to the first successful Y2K conversion by a consulting firm in the nation.
