Larry Schulz

I am responsible for nourishing and expanding contacts for the AGBC into the Munich international business and social community while supporting the Intenational Business Clubs Munich (IBCM) and the Munich International Networking Group (MING).

I provide financial management and administrative support to evolving German companies active in international markets focused on CleanTech, electro-mechanical applications and software consulting. My ultimate interests are in nurturing emerging companies on financial management and administrative issues and in enhancing global recognition of the quite impressive leadership contributions, particularly in CleanTech, that firms here in Germany are making.

I have guided the AGBC for 8 years as President. We have increased our contact base, helped co-found the International Business Clubs Munich (IBCM) and the Munich International Networking Group (MING) to provdie reach into the Munich international community, raised membership and made the AGBC the largest English-speaking business networking club in Bavaria.

I am responsible for all company aspects related to Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Office Management functions as well as evolving organizational "grey areas." As charismathics gmbh is a German software start-up company, my position involves organizing the key administrative and accounting processes to support the Company in its drive to achieve the critical mass and organizational framework to support an eventual IPO.

Report to EMEA Accounting Director. With team of 20, I am responsible for all Accounting, Tax and Payroll matters for Germany. Co-ordinate tax audit issues, SOX control processes, and accounting aspects of acquisition integrations while supporting outsourcing of routine accounting processes to EMEA Accounting Hub.

Reported to Financial Director. Managed a team of 10 in handling all revenue reporting and in working with sales management to package non-standard deals in conformance with US GAAP revenue recognition guidelines and Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements. Also was responsible for revenue forecasting, project and services cost accounting, and product supply escalations while working as interface to the Sales team on financial and administrative issues.
