As an entrepreneur I work in the flow of life, combining multidisciplinary artistic fields based on my visual perception and autodidactic power by using my skills in photography - design -hospitality - cooking & wine making. I studied communication design at miami ad school and had work experience in the field of design and art-direction at various design & advertising agencies, including GREY, TBWA, Saatchi & Saatchi, Springer & Jacoby, Jung von Matt, Scholz & Friends and Grabarz & Partner. I have managed various freelance design projects and supported several companies in setting up their brand. As well I worked as a production manager in cape town. My gastronomic career I began in 2002. I first owned my own cocktailbar and I was a partner at slim Jims Pizza in Hamburg. From 2011 to 2020 I owned two restaurants, MEHL and HEAT in Hamburg Altona, which I sold in the end of 2020. Recently I worked in senior positions as a headchef and f&b manager in a hotel/ecolodge in Laos.
