1) Provide quotation to customers based on fabrication specifications and cost of manufacturing PCB board. 2) Negotiate and follow up quotation of price and potential orders with customers. turn quotes into orders and order follow through to delivery. 3) Contact customers regarding technical issues or discrepancy. 4) Provide manufacturing and engineering technical support to customer. 5) Develop, solicit and generate new customer accounts.

Below are my work: 1)Performance Design Rule and Fabrication (DRC and DFM) 2)Create tooling & films to production 3) Create drill,rout tape, test file, punch module, fly probe file and etc. 4)Conversation with clients for the technology questions 5)Optimize the issue in gerber if there is a FEMA quality issue in production process.

1) Worked in Wuzhou as a quality guy,control the quality and solve the issues.Use the FEMA control system to manage the quality and use the equipment to test PCB to ensure quality.I am strict to execute the test method as I know the reliability tests is the life for the PCB. 2) Learn the CAM engineering in PE department,and become a CAM engineer,make the tooling for production. 3) Learn PCB manufacture process,such as drill process,pressure process,image transfer,experienced in the manufacture parameter.
