Master thesis with the title "Recombinant production of variants of Ranaspumin-2 and purification using a Car9 affinity tag" • Prepared yeast and bacteria culture (Kluyveromyces lactis, Escherichia coli) • Produced recombinant protein of Ranaspumin-2 (derived from frog foam protein of Tungara frog) • Confirmed the protein production using SDS-PAGE and Western blot. • Purified the recombinant protein using the Car9 tag using silica matrix (method: affinity chromatography) on ÄKTA pure system.

• Investigated and researched topics online based on trends in the field of science and technology. • Published 10 articles monthly, translating complex research conclusions for the masses (English and Indonesian) • Interviewed the university lecturers on their ongoing projects and advancements within their respective fields. Unfortunately the magazine was not well received in the market and had to be out of operation.

• Executed social media strategy in Facebook & Twitter, resulting in significant increases in page traffic, number of followers, and brand awareness with teen social media users. • In charge for the production of brand merchandises including keychain, fridge magnets, T-shirts, notebooks. • Assisted product manager with daily and monthly sales, also providing strategy ideas for improvement. • Completed thorough evaluations of competitors, including pricing, sales histories and marketing methods.

• Selected into a 6-month accelerated rotation program across business units (R&D, marketing, sales, manufacturing) • Monthly presentations of the progress of the final project of the position • My final project was the creation of "Giant Waffle", which was a huge replica of the snack with an automated machine that could dispense the real snacks. Two replicas were displayed in 2 prominent malls in Jakarta and was used as part of the re-launching of Tango Waffle brand.
