Liliana Urziceanu

An Executive Coach and HR Consultant supporting the leaders to enhance their leadership style, in VUCA world for creating value in their relationships, teams, organizations, stakeholders and eco-systems. I love to combine the pragmatic and analytical skills with empathy, compassion, reflection, working with edges and providing a space for exploration and growth, where the psychological safety is the key. I bring, in our co-created space, my skills as coach and coaching supervisor, expertise as a consultant and mentor, and continuous learning for own development. Moving along different company cultures, as an executive board member, I found myself enthusiastic about working with diverse, international teams. I enjoy exploring novelty and approaches which can increase efficiency and effectiveness. Being a volunteer in non-profit organizations is an area where generosity and contribution for development of people and cultures, are bringing me happiness.
