I am a lawyer with a LLM in Shipping Business and Maritime Law. I would love to develop my career in an international environment because I have always enjoyed work with people of other nationalities, connect with other cultures and learn from them. - EMIR reporting: Support of the different trading areas operating in the financial markets for the control of EMIR delivery and resolution of incidents. Supervision of reporting delegated to third parties. - Assistance to the different trading areas in regulatory issues (EMIR, MiFID II, REMIT) that may arise in daily activities. - Onboarding of counterparties from all trading areas (crude oil, commodities, gas, electricity and emissions) in the systems.
