Scionans is a creative studio providing edgy English-to- French translation/transcreation services. To date, the bulk of my assignments concerns training material for leadership development firms and compliance guidelines for environmental NGOs dealing with sustainable land uses and climate-friendly solutions.

I managed and delivered Leadership Development (LD) training and activities. My expertise covers designing, planning and implementing these programs - as well as assessing their impact and effectiveness. To date, I’ve improved and streamlined much of the administrative processes used for onboarding and assisting over 460 participants across 24 LD programs. I further handle communication and customer care with key stakeholders - associates consultants, HR partners, contractors, vendors, etc.

cbsCSR is an internationally-acclaimed and multidisciplinary research center on CSR, sustainability and business ethics. My duties involved managing single- handed projects (case writing and account management) as well as teaming up on joint-assignments (event planning and data analysis).

I made sure the staff at my store sustained operational excellence while on shift. To this end, I created a constructive learning environment by providing specific coaching and clear feedback in a timely and respectful fashion. I also coordinated cash management, capacity planning, and operational procedures. Yet, my favorite role was definitely overseeing training and continuous learning for all our partners.

I mentored 56 students residing in on-campus housing facilities and co-facilitated Cross-Cultural Retreat conferences for over 600 attendees. I also designed and coordinated exciting community development activities – such as leadership development programs and financial literacy workshops.

I specialized in Diversity & Change Management (formerly known as Leadership & Management Studies) and completed a minor in Social Entrepreneurship & Non-for-Profit Management.

This program has a brand new name - it's now Agribusiness & Food Industry Management. I specialized in International Agribusiness - with a minor in International Marketing
