Functional Owner for Traffic function at BMW Navigation project

Technical responsible for all project phases of the components Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Anti-lock Brake System (ABS). Other responsibilites are to manage the product requirements (software and hardware), perform car diagnosis, perform vehicle tests and to define test plans.

Main responsibilities: - Project management focused on quality of two gear housings produced in China and assembled in Germany. - Interface with Bosch team and suppliers from China and Europe for coordination of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). - Work with Quality Engineers for concession tracking, preventive quality planning, audits and ICLs (inspection characteristics lists) from drawings.

Main responsibilities: - Coordination of ECRs (engineering change requests), internally with Bosch international team and externally with Customer team. - Sales prices management and control of engineering services invoices. - Support the Project Managers on their daily tasks.

Main responsibilities: - Research focused in Fluid Mechanics and Aerodynamics. - Development of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. - Write articles and reports.

First year working at manufacturing, 6 months leading Stability and Control department and the last year as Team Leader. Main responsibilities: - Project and human resources management as Team Leader. - Product development and project management focused on aircraft’s stability and control as department Leader. - Hand manufacturing of cargo radio-controlled aircrafts to compete in the SAE Aerodesign annual tournament.

The aim of Rotary's program is culture exchange. Thus, the student lives one year abroad with at least two different families (natives), attends to high school and also participates in social projects and trips from Rotary.
