Responsible for the multiple work process activities supporting the Product Marketing and Lifting Agreement (PMLA) with the primary focus in the area of Freight and Deductibles (F&D) related transactions to help ensure the accuracy of the F&D expense postings and the timeliness of the F&D recovery from Sadara (Join Venture approximately $450 MM in 2019) as well as support the financial statement analysis of the PMLA F&D expense transactions on the respective business balance sheets and income statements.

Management of global (55 countries) Travel and Expense work processes to ensure compliance to global standards and policies Delivery of end-to-end Travel & Expense Reporting service to employees(T&L) Management and engagement with key users in the Operation Country, Global Shared Service Procurement/Finance teams. Ensuring consistent and cross-market process implementation Implementation of Concur tools, change Management, corporate Credit card implementation.

Relationship Management, Request Management (such as of Help Desk), integrating outcomes from Stakeholders and 3rd party managed services teams for governance oversight and performance management purposes. Benchmarking and performance reporting associated with Service Level Management (Mutual Service Agreement MSAs, and Service Level Agreement SLAs). Support the development, implementation for the Region, including the end to end, KPIs and metrics, Regional Lead and Managed Services.

Responsible for personnel management of 24 employees, including goal setting, performance evaluation, rewards, motivation, employee development and career planning. Team leader of project MRO and Capital redesign aiming to speed up the procurement process average. Managing of KPIs and Metrics to manage deliveries, savings and TAT (turnaround time).

Management of 16 people in the Accounts Payable department (Travel Expense Report), responsible for all travel expenses and support for Latin America, reporting directly to the Operational Leader; Conduction of the global standardization project for the travel system; Leadership of the codes team, for the inclusion and management of all registers of suppliers in Latin America; Optimization of delays in reimbursement payments to employees, reducing the process from 7 days to 72 hours.

Responsible for the financial management of all business projects with revenues of up to USD 70 million/year through the development and implementation of simplifications in key operational processes; General analysis of all costs incurred in projects for future revenue, earning and cash flow estimates; Operational support to Latin and South America team and to the project managers in all financial and economic aspects.
